Mevicon Inc. current office contains over 600 square feet of laboratory space. The research laboratory is well equipped with several workplates and metrology systems. In addition, Mevicon operates several small XYZ motion stages for active control. Mevicon personnel have built small optical metrology systems, including Twyman-Green, Fizeau and Grazing Interferometers.
